**AML Officer**

With the return of international tourism, we are rapidly expanding and we want you to join our team as our Human Resources Coordinator.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your new role will require you to run and oversee the AML department in Australia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor regularly transactions carried out at the Workplace and report the those considered to be suspicious.
- Monitor and report the issues on AML and CTF that may arise.
- Staying informed with the legal amendments made to the applicable AML regulation and propose the necessary modifications of the Company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Know legal requirements and proper amendments of the local legislation.
- Making Risk Assessments before any new product or service launch.
- Investigate suspicious or unusual transactions and report the investigation results.
- Monitor internal training & provide support to the staff training programmes taking place at the Workplace.
- Assume and coordinate the relationships with AML Regulator Authorities, AML Auditors and the competent authorities or with the eventual delegates
- Working with and assisting the finance team regularly.
- Other functions and tasks that the Managing Director may assign.
**Requirements**:
- AML, Compliance & KYC qualifications (essential)
- Previous corporate AML and Compliance experience
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Energetic, focused, and proactive. Gets the job done.

**Salary**: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
