Auto Masters has built a reputation for high quality customer service and workmanship and we are now seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our NEW Ipswich store.

We are looking for someone with a hardworking mindset, who has a genuine passion for cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry. Are you ready to be part of something fresh and exciting?

**The Role**:
You will ultimately supervise the effective operation of the workshop, ensuring all staff are supported and able to meet KPI's / sales targets. Along with this, the role includes:

- Create and maintain strong customer / client / supplier relationships
- Manage and report on weekly and monthly KPI's and targets to head office
- Use your knowledge and understanding of brands to promote products
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers
- Provide a genuine service and lead by example to create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers

**About You**:

- At least two (2) years recent experience in managing an automotive service centre or equivalent and a proven track-record in sales within the automotive industry
- A hardworking mindset with a genuine passion for cars, mechanics and the automotive industry
- Trade qualification is desirable but not essential
- Valid Qld Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Must reside in Australia and be a Permanent Resident or a Citizen
