Your Role as a Babysitter at Educarers:
As a member of our team, you will:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Implement educational activities based on our learning programs.
- Build positive connections with children, understanding their unique needs.
- Foster an inclusive environment that celebrates neurodiversity.
- Ensure the overall well-being and development of each child in your care.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in childcare or related fields.
- Basic understanding of child development and learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation (if needed for off-site activities).

**Salary**: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
