Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food-processing and packaging lines. Your expertise will help maintain safety, compliance, and efficiency across our production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and fabrication of mechanical components to ensure optimal performance of food-processing and packaging equipment.
- Utilise hands-on troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly, minimising production downtime.
- Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing solutions to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a food-processing or packaging environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
