The Role
**BGIS are seeking a Maintenance Technician/ Handyperson **_, _to complete planned and reactive commercial maintenance requests for a key contract for BGIS.

This role is based across **Southbank, Melbourne, VIC
**This position operates on a **rotating roster spanning four days a week, with working hours ranging from 7 am to 11 pm. **Given the demands of the client site, this role entails working on weekends and public holidays. **The monthly schedule consists of 16 days with 10-hour shifts.**
- Contribute to the day-to-day operation and maintenance for the site.
- Complete Paintwork across our sites (desirable experience)
- Repair counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building frameworks, and trims.
- Maintaining of decks, skirting, door locks and hanging of doors
- Complete daily Inspections and report writing General maintenance work such as gutter cleans and handywork**Skills & Experience**
- Building Qualification and WHS Construction White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Australian Citizenship
- Strong knowledge of the building industry and an experience in quoting Comfortable ability to utilise a work ipad/iphone.**Benefits**
