We are seeking expressions of interest from talented and passionate marketing and communications specialists. This permanent full-time position will be responsible for a diverse mix of marketing activities across our practice, working with all of our studios around the world to champion ASPECT projects and initiatives.

As a member of the Executive group function and reporting to the global Marketing Director, you’ll support the team to drive:

- Written and visual content creation for our website, social media, and resource library;
- Awards submissions, PR and advocacy initiatives;
- Media outreach and liaison;
- Digital and traditional marketing strategies;
- Research and advisory support for studios, design teams, and business leaders.

Currently the Marketing team work flexibly, splitting their time between working-from-home and our central office space in Melbourne CBD. With AU locations in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, we welcome applicants from any Australian state in which we operate.

ABOUT YOU

In this role you’ll be editing and copywriting others’ work, and distilling creative ideas into effective marketing materials - strong writing skills are a must. You'll build working relationships with a diverse range of industry recognised designers, business leaders, and media contacts therefore a warm approach and natural people-skills will be highly regarded.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills;
- A consultative, collaborative and global working style;
- The ability to proactively juggle multiple projects at once, at times managing competing priorities;
- A passion for marketing, design, landscape architecture;
- Digital proficiency - experience using Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.

Marketing experience in related industries will be highly regarded (landscape, architecture, interiors, art and design) but at ASPECT we hire for cultural fit, ability, potential, and drive. If you think ASPECT is the right fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
