We are seeking a Showroom Manager to join our team at our Midland Showroom.

**Your role is about**:

- Maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' home furnishing needs
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales
- Managing day-to-day operations of your showroom including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training, and other duties as required

**What we are looking for**:

- Outstanding customer service and leadership skills
- Previous experience in managing a sales team
- Flexible and collaborative approach to work
- Exceptional sales skills and the ability to train and mentor team members
- Experience within the furniture industry or selling high-value items
