**About the business and the role**

We are looking for a dynamic and customer focused Naturopath/Health retail assistant to join our vibrant health store.

Position is for **2 to 4 days per week **depending on skill set; must be inclusive of one weekend day at least.

Retail health store knowledge of products as well as a business mind will be preferable.

Experience in a health store preferred.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

Opportunity to work on the floor as well as possibility to do clinic consultation.

**Skills and experience**
- **The successful applicant will have the following skill set**:_
- Provide high quality Naturopathic advice
- Ability to liaise with Suppliers, order goods and stock control
- Ability to merchandise products to look attractive to customers
- Able to quickly figure out what products to recommend customers on the shop floor
- Achieving sales budgets
- Be proficient in Retail Manager
- Be able to do end of day cash up / balancing tills
- Must have previous experience in health store or pharmacy
- Must have good knowledge of retail products
- Must have a positive attitude and can-do mind set
- Must be able to work in a team environment and autonomously

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
