**Team Leader - Education Settings**

We have a full-time position available for a Team Leader to join our Education Settings Program based in Shepparton.

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for the delivery, performance, and quality of programs which address issues underlying school disengagement and which support youth to re-engage with their education and learning.

In this role, you will provide supervision, guidance and direction to your team to ensure program goals are delivered and our young people have every opportunity to reach their potential. A key component of this role is managing the Active Waitlist as per the Navigator Active Waitlist Duty Statement. In addition, this position may be required to deliver a reduced case load and support staff from other teams.

To be considered for a position you must hold a **minimum Diploma level qualification** in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, Education or a similar field. You must also have demonstrated leadership and management skills, and comprehensive knowledge in the youth services field, particularly outreach and case management models.
