_iSTEAM Ahead Early Learning Centre is looking for a full-time Childcare Worker._
- As our Childcare Worker, you will work in a warm and dynamic team based at Brookvale, Sydney._
- iSTEAM Ahead offers:_
- _Salary packaging of up to $74,000 -80,000 plus supper _

- **WHAT YOU’LL DO**:_
- _Enthusiastically deliver community programs and services appropriate to children and young families. This will include facilitating all our Supported Playgroups, and school holiday community programs and family events._
- _Provide care and supervision for children in programs, at our childcare centre_
- _Maintain and manage the SECC Community Toy Library_
- _Assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities _
- _Managing children's behaviour and guiding children's social development _
- _Preparing and conducting activities for children _
- _Entertaining children by reading and playing games _
- _Supervising children in recreational activities _
- _Supervising the daily routine of children _
- _Supervising the hygiene of children_
- **AS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU WILL HAVE**:_
- _Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education _
- _At least one year or more work experience in the same or similar role_
- _Experience working with children or within a community development role_
- _The demonstrated ability to network and work cooperatively with other community organizations_
- _A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)_
- _A current First Aid/CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)_
- _Ideally experience and knowledge of community and family services_
- _Full Working Rights in Australia _

Pay: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
