**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- _Team Leadership:_ Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service. Foster a positive work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
- _Sales & Performance:_ Drive store sales and achieve key performance indicators by implementing effective merchandising strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
