**Job Title**:Food and Beverage Attendants

**Position Overview**

The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere whether it is at the bar, in the restaurant, room service, conferencing and/or events.

**Key Accountabilities**
- ** Greet and Seat Guests**:Warmly welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and provide them with menus.
- ** Take Orders**:Knowledgeably describe menu items, answer questions, and take orders accurately, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- ** Serve Food and Beverages**:Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure they are presented according to standard.
- ** Check on Guests**:Regularly check in with diners to ensure they have everything they need and address any concerns.
- ** Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the area clean and well-organised, including clearing tables, resetting, and restocking.
- ** Collaborate with Kitchen Team**:Communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure that food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- ** Handle Payments**:Present bills to guests, process payments accurately.
- ** Upsell and Promote**: Suggest additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guests’ experience.
- ** Handle Guest Requests**:Address special requests and accommodate guests' needs to the best of your ability.
- ** Safety and Hygiene**: Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Skills & Experience**

These are the desired skills and experience for this role:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
