- Provide advice and assist vendors and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Develop networks and cooperate with solicitors and mortgage lenders

**About You**:

- A passion and drive to grow within the industry
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Certificate of Registration (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
