**About the Role | Marketing Officer**
As a Marketing Officer, you will join a passionate team driving their mission to create meaningful experiences for audiences. By implementing creative marketing strategies, the organisation aims to attract diverse participants and enhance their connection with the arts.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote events and initiatives
- Supporting the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and increase brand awareness
- Collaborating with the marketing team to coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, and website updates
- Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as press releases, promotional materials, and advertising copy.

**About You**
- Prior experience in a marketing or communications role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadline
- Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating activities across a broad range of communication/marketing methods including marketing, internal communications, public relations, content marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
