Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS and approved Home Care Package service provider. We urgently hire for support worker for aged care and disability service in a casual basis.

**Position Purpose**:
Report to Care Coordinator / Case Manager. To assist disability clients in performing daily tasks and improve overall independence and wellbeing in a home or community setting.

Location: Innerwest, Sydney CBD and Western Sydney

**Job responsibilities**:

- Assisting with daily care for clients at their home including showering, changing clothes, brushing their teeth, etc.
- Transporting and accompanying clients when required.
- Performing housekeeping including domestic cleaning, laundry, food preparation, shopping.
- Training clients to care for themselves and educate family members.
- Social support to improve clients’ wellbeing and independence.
- Perform administrative duties such as always clocking in/out after each shift, making incident reports, and entering shift notes on the rostering app.

**About you**
- Confident and calm manner.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to adapt** **communication skills to each client you work with.
- Current Criminal History Check (National Police Check)/

**Desirable Qualifications and other criteria.**
- Certificate Level III in Individual Support or equivalent (advantageous).
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Arabic, Assyrian or Khmer fluently.
- Having full driver licence and owning a car.
