CRU Lake Mac is looking to fill a newly created role of **Assistant Catering Manager** to support its growing operations and ministries. You can make an impact on the next generation by bringing your talents into the kitchen.

Our newly renovated Conference Centre has a state of the art kitchen, catering up to 300 guests and is set on the picturesque shores of Lake Macquarie with 6.5 hectares of water frontage plus an additional 40 hectares of adjoining bushland.

Your mission will be to create memorable experiences for our guests by preparing and creating balanced meals whilst leading and working alongside a dedicated catering team. Rosters will include some weekend work which is balanced by a 38-hour week but no late late nights. You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Catering Manager to ensure the smooth management of the kitchen operations.

CRU Lake Mac is part of a dynamic Bible-based interdenominational youth organisation whose vision is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ through various youth ministries and committed to the Working with Children Checks. A valid Working with Children Check number for paid employment must be obtained and verified prior to an offer of employment being made.

**Salary**: $47,473.49 - $92,551.06 per year
