We are seeking a **full-time Dental Assistant **who lives and breathes these values and has a proven ability to bring out the best in every situation.

**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting, challenging and fulfilling role in a true work hard, play hard team. You will work alongside Dr Sunny (“the friendly dentist”) - a proud Penrith local and all-round great guy with a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Melbourne.

The Caddens Dental Bar is a modern practice with state-of-the-art technology. We are conveniently located at Caddens Corner shopping centre with ample free parking.

**The Role**

Your role will involve:

- greeting and welcoming patients to our practice
- attending to front office reception tasks
- chairside assisting
- maintaining patient records
- sterilisation & maintaining effective infection control

We are a boutique practice offering a “spa-like” experience with a full range of general and cosmetic dentistry including oral surgery, crown and bridge, veneers, endodontics and restorative dentistry.

**About You**
- Certificate III Dental Assisting and/or at least 1 year dental assisting experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing and presentable with a professional but fun manner
- A positive work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Natural “all-rounder” skills and an ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
- Team player and able to work in a high-paced environment
- A passion for building a positive and rewarding workplace
- In-depth knowledge of infection control procedures

**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
