We are seeking an exceptional Christian leader to take up the role of Principal, commencing in 2026 (or earlier by negotiation).

**About this role**
As Principal, you will:
Provide strategic, spiritual, and educational leadership to staff, students, and families.
Champion Christ-centred education and cultivate a culture of faith, learning, and care.
Lead a committed team of educators, supporting professional growth and high-quality teaching.
Partner with families and the wider community to strengthen engagement and mission.
Work closely with the Board and CEO of Christian Schools Tasmania to deliver on the Vision of being a “Transformational Christian Learning Community” grounded in our core values of Faith, Hope and Love.

**About you**
You are a leader who:
Has a vibrant personal faith in Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education.
Demonstrates proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally with senior leadership or principalship responsibilities.
Brings a deep understanding of teaching, learning, and contemporary educational practice.
Is relational, approachable, and able to build trust with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
Has the vision and courage to lead in a challenging but rewarding environment, with resilience and humility.
