We are seeking a wholesale and showroom co-ordinator to join our company during a pivotal time of growth.
This incredible opportunity would be perfect for someone looking to step into a role encompassing overall sales & brand strategy
Working closely with the Principal you will be responsible for assisting with holistically growing sales; driving the relationships with retailer accounts and managing opportunities to penetrate the market nationally and internationally.
You will be based in our beautiful showroom upstairs in Adelaide City, working both digitally and face to face with our main wholesale accounts. You will be required sometimes to travel interstate up to three times a year for showings during peak selling periods for 2-3 days at a time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and build existing strong client relationships to continue revenue growth as well as maintain an exceptional level of customer service
- Exploring new accounts nationally and internationally in line with our company philosophy
- Manage timeline communication, deliveries and stock expectations for major accounts
- Report on sell through, market trends and demands
- Picking, packing and dispatching on time and correct online wholesale orders
- Generating & managing all brand assets for The Iconic & other majors including EANs
- Assisting with processing wholesale returns and exchanges and our ecommerce team in peak periods
- Assisting with account finalisation for wholesale orders
- Booking appointments for wholesale showings
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales success experience within a Fashion, Beauty or Lifestyle brand
- Exceptional organizational skills along with excellent written and communication skills for reporting and administration
- Strong Word & Excel ability; Sales Analysis; Budget forecasting
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of autonomy but enjoys working within a small collaborative team
- Strong work ethic, flexible in approach and supportive of all others in a small team when needed
- Ability to style & inspire our clients with your love of fashion.
