Working as part of a vibrant and energetic team you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service to visitors and callers by assisting and directing enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, as well as providing some administrative support.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Identifying customer needs and directing their calls to the correct department
- Greeting walk-in customers and visitors promptly and professionally
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
