Landscape Gardener

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional landscape gardener to join our team. As a professional gardener, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Collecting prospective client briefings and understanding their requirements.
- Assessing the health of trees and determining the necessary treatment for plants.
- Removing diseased trees to maintain a healthy environment.
- Assisting the team in selecting new plants and materials for various landscaping projects.
- Preparing the soil and growing areas for plants by digging and replacing soil as needed.
- Establishing grass areas, including the laying of turf for a lush and attractive appearance.
- Planting trees and various types of plants to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the landscape.
- Propagating plants through various techniques to support the growth and expansion of the garden.
- Conducting reticulation re-installation, checks, and repairs to ensure proper watering and irrigation.
- Utilizing a wide range of landscape tools for tasks such as trimming, shaping tree branches, mowing, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Installing structures such as pathways, walls, fences, ponds, and garden furniture to enhance the overall design.
- Developing a comprehensive landscape maintenance plan to ensure long-term care and sustainability.
- Communicating and liaising with clients throughout the entire process to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Gardening: 5 years (preferred)
