Dye & Durham Australia are looking for a Team Member to join our Mortgage Services team based onsite in our **Hobart**office. If you have excellent attention to detail, is precise and consistent in your work and can work autonomously and as a team, then this role is for you

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**:

- This is not your typical office job where you are tied to a desk for the day. You’ll be on your feet at times as you move around town, contributing to the magical world of property settlements.
- You’ll be assisting with the preparation of documents and cheques, record keeping, filing, answering phones, monitoring inboxes and finding things to laugh at with your new supportive team
- As you progress in the role, you’ll develop skills in statutory interpretation and submitting documents to our regulatory bodies, the Land Titles Office, and the State Revenue Office.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?**:

- We know you will have a wide range of skills and experience, but we think the most important to thrive in this role would be;_
- Minimum availability of 3 full days per week
- Ability to positively relate to and interact with people
- A passion for customer service and problem solving
- You don’t have to know anything about the property settlement life cycle to get started - just have a great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Administrative work experience is highly desirable, but not a must
