About Us:
Lashkara Lashes is a small, growing beauty business with a home salon in Kellyville Ridge and a professional salon space in Blacktown. We’re known for our high-quality lash and brow services, specialising in wispy and customised lash sets that enhance each client’s unique features. We have a loyal client base and a warm, welcoming environment.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable lash artist to join our team. You’ll be helping manage a steady client load across both locations. Experience in wispy sets, lash lifts, or brow services is highly desirable—but if you’re still learning, that’s okay We’re more than happy to provide one-on-one training and mentorship for the right person.
You won’t just be working with us—you’ll be growing with us. I’ll personally teach you how to lash faster without compromising quality, and how to create beautifully tailored lash sets for every client.

What We’re Looking For:
- Certified lash artist (new or experienced)
- Reliable, friendly, and passionate about client care
- Eager to learn and open to mentorship
- Comfortable working in both a home salon and traditional salon space
- Lash lift and brow skills are a bonus—but we’re happy to teach
How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $23.23 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
Schedule:
- Weekend availability
