We are seeking two motivated and dynamic Sales & Design Architect Assistants to join our team and contribute to our tradition of excellence.

**Role Overview**:
The Sales & Design Architect Assistant is an essential support role, aimed at enhancing our sales and design process under the guidance of our current Design Architect. This position is ideal for young, energetic individual with a passion for sales, design, and the construction of luxurious outdoor spaces. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is considered a significant advantage, facilitating better engagement with a diverse clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Assist in handling potential customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and detailed information about our outdoor solutions.
- **Design & Sales Consultations**: Support client meetings to understand their vision, help present tailored design ideas, and aid in the development of customised proposals.
- **Deal Closure**: Utilise your passion for sales to assist in negotiating and finalising deals, aiming for client satisfaction.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with subcontractors and our in-house construction team to ensure design specifications are met and projects are completed to our high standards.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Support seamless project execution by enhancing communication within our construction team from the design phase through to completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary degree in Marketing, Commerce, Architecture, or Interior /Landscaping Design preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, design, and construction.
- Exceptional communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese seen as a considerable advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the building sector.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organisational skills.
- Youthful energy, driven by a desire for success.
