Norwood Café is situated in Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre, being the go-to brunch shop and coffee shop for many who lives in the area. With the store expansions planned in horizon we’re currently seeking a talented and experienced barista to join our FOH team on a part-time basis.

**About the opportunity**
- Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic working environment
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Available to work at multiple locations as required
- RSA would also be highly regarded but not required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
