**Your many talents**:

- A natural ability to connect with people from around the globe
- Demonstrated experience in cocktail and wine service
- An absolute passion for your chosen 'trade'
- Ability to offer savvy suggestions on beverages to impress any indecisive guest.
- Provide that insight into the best spirits, wines and cocktails to suit the palette or the mood.
- A knowledge of great cocktails and local ingredients
- Having initiative to learn more and do more to contribute to having the best service-reputation in town
- Demonstrate your interest in hospitality and service industry through study or experience in customer service
- current Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Card
