In order to join our reputable company, we are searching for experienced Bakery Managers. We are seeking total experts that can improve what has already been imparted while working with their team. We are looking for Bakery Managers who like coaching and growing the team they supervise, who have a keen eye for detail, understand their roles and can communicate to others.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Carefully weighing ingredients while ensuring compliance with HACCP food safety standards
- Mixing dough, using a dough break to laminate viennoiserie, shaping croissants, Danish pastry, pain au chocolates etc
- Cutting, weighing up, kneading, moulding dough and placing in rack for proofing
- Operating machines which roll and mould dough
- Mixing cream patisserie and pastry fillings
- Ensuring that oven temperatures and time is in accordance to the type of product to be baked
- Unloading baked goods from the oven, de-panning, and placing for cooling and packing orders
- Icing, glazing tarts, buns and pastries and decorating pastry goods
- Ensuring baked items meet company standards
- Operating bakery equipment while adhering to safety protocol
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues in a Bakery Department while also excelling independently
- Communicate effectively with operations manager for bakery needs and assist in ordering maintaining adequate supplies for baking operations
- Maintaining production procedures and ensuring all orders were done on time
- Following best safety and sanitary practices while creating baked goods to avoid injury
**What you'll require**
- 2 Years or more in a similar position in a busy environment.

**Salary**: $70,000 - $90,000
Pay: $70,000.00 - $89,626.33 per year
