About us:
We are a small business located in Holland Park. We are designed as a take away hole-in-the-wall coffee trailer serving specialty coffee and some snacks. We pride ourselves on friendliness and compassion and have consistent regulars that come most mornings for our coffee.

About you:
This position is very specific and you would be working alone, so we are after a self sufficient barista with a minimum 2 years experience in making coffee.

As you will be working alone and in a residential area we are looking for a bubbly and timely employee who can build rapport with the locals and regulars.

This position would be perfect for anyone studying or needing an extra couple hours a week.

Responsibilities include:
The shift is 5:30am-10:30am where you will set up and pack down for the day. Being knowledgeable on coffee, roasting processes and the type of coffee beans we supply. Cleaning your area and ensuring that you leave work as clean as when you found it. Making coffee and other beverages and handling money, eftpos and POS systems.

The position is:

- 1-3 weekday’s per week (flexible on what days)
- Shorter shifts of 5:30 am - 10:30 am

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: From $21.38 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
