**Capability and Learning Manager** to join our innovative and high performing Strategy and People team at WISE Employment

**The role**

As the Capability and Learning Manager you will combine strategic and operational activities aligned to the organisational needs. You will drive WISE’s learning and development plan through contemporary training, coaching and development programs to build our workforce capability.

Working alongside the Strategy and People team and organisational leaders you will design, execute and evaluate the organisations learning strategy and associated frameworks, with a focus on continuous improvement of a range of initiatives including performance development, career and leadership development, talent management, succession planning, learning & development and workforce planning.

You will design and deliver training, coaching and learning solutions to meet the capability needs of the business. You will have the opportunity to design and implement an organisational graduate program, creating a pipeline of talent for the organisation. This is a national role in which you play a crucial role to support the business to develop and grow our people for the current and future workforce needs.

Being a national position the role involves local travel and occasional interstate travel.

**To be considered for this role, you will**:

- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Hold a Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment
- Demonstrate experience designing, developing, implementing and evaluating Learning and Development strategies, frameworks and models
- Possess a strong knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to develop and deliver learning and development programs
- Have extensive experience as a training facilitator and coach
- Be digitally literate with proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) including a range of e-learning platforms
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, relationship management and influencing skills
- Proven strategic and enterprising thinking
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence to partner and guide all employees
- Have highly developed planning, coordination, administration and time management skills
- Foster innovation and improvement
- Demonstrate qualities of compassion and empathy with a commitment to a customer-centric workplace culture
- Be agile and adaptive to change
- Demonstrate qualities of compassion and empathy with a commitment to a customer-centric workplace culture
- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
- Hold a current driver’s license
- Double vaccinated against COVID 19
