Key responsibilities
- Prepare and pack customer orders in line with product safety protocols
- Maintain day-to-day coordination and organisation of the warehouse
- Assist with unloading goods from containers and forklifts
- Support the loading of delivery vehicles
- Handle frozen and chilled goods with care and precision
- Monitor product quality and follow relevant handling regulations
- Ensure warehouse stock is arranged systematically to prevent damage
- Produce delivery documentation and support basic logistics reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements and skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Physically capable of lifting and moving goods up to 25kg
- Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment
- Forklift experience (valid licence preferred)
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles desirable
- Proficiency in Japanese language desirable

Pay: Up to $53,400.00 per year
