**Job Description**:
We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced customer focused professional to join our beautiful Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort as an Onsite Hotel Caretaker.

This exciting position allows you to live onsite and utilize your exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for managing caretaking responsibilities throughout the resort from 10pm - 6am, 7 days a week (shared position). Compensation accommodation is provided.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Providing efficient and professional service, ensuring a smooth check in for guests
- Facilitating late arrivals for check in
- Responding and managing emergencies in the building that occur after standard hours
- Responding to noise complaints
- Providing guest with assistance when "answering service" is unable to deal with a problem (Note: All after ordinary business hours calls will be forwarded to an answering service)
- Completing the after-hours call-out log book for all call-outs
- Ensuring all information is handed over to the Company’s oncoming staff for the next shift

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within a Front Office/ Customer Focused position
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence
- Professional presentation
