Are you someone who thrives working independently, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to take charge? At Ben & Jerry’s, we’re on the lookout for confident and self-motivated Scoop Superstars to join our team. We have a new Sundae Shack opening soon In this role, you won’t just be serving up legendary ice cream — you’ll also be trusted to run shifts solo, keep things running smoothly, and create a joyful experience for every customer.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Lead the Experience**:Be the face of our shop — confidently serving and engaging customers, even when working solo.
- **Scoop with Skill**: Craft our awesome menu items with consistency and care, following portioning and presentation standards.
- **Own the Space**: Keep the store clean, stocked, and running like clockwork — from scooping stations to supply shelves.
- **Stay On Top of Stock**: Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies, flag low stock, and make sure everything stays fresh.
- **Follow Procedures**: Clean equipment, and follow all safety and store policies with confidence.
- **Support the Team**: Work collaboratively during busier shifts, but feel comfortable being self-sufficient when solo.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Must have full availability from Mid December 2025 - End of January 2026**_
- **Day & Evening Availability**: Looking for team members who can do 2-3 daytime shifts per week, we’re happy to work around Uni timetables. Also seeking staff available for evening shifts (after school hours), Thursday nights until late, and weekend shifts.
- **Independent & Reliable**:Comfortable opening/closing the store and working without supervision.
- **Self-Motivated**: Takes initiative, stays on task, and looks for ways to improve the flow of the shop.
- **Customer-Focused**: Friendly, confident communicator who creates a warm and positive vibe for every guest.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Keeps things clean, organized, and running smoothly — even during the rush.
- **Flexible & Committed**:Available across the busy holiday period, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
