**Purpose of Position**

Reporting to the Stock Manager this role administers and maintains inventory. The inventory controller is responsible for physically counting stock in the warehouses and checking against stock in our ERP system. The inventory controller conducts physical pallet counts, pallet data entry, tracking, and reporting results to the Stock Manager. This role also includes some purchasing and replenishment responsibilities with the purpose of supporting the stock manager. You will be required to use a forklift to check and move stock within the warehouses.

**Responsibilities**

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Daily stock takes
- Stock movements
- Data entry - Invoicing
- Data entry - Pallet control
- Data entry - Stock takes
- Data entry - Spread sheets
- Physical Pallet counts
- Order office stationery when required
- Process credit notes as required
- General filing and admin assistance
- Answering general office phone when required

**Selection Criteria**

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Completion of year 12.
- Understand stock control systems and/or be open to learning new systems.
- Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Focus on OSH and commitment to actively maintaining a safe work environment.
- The ability to work without Management direction, use initiative and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork is critical.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience with stock control systems and RF scanners.
- Forklift experience.
- Tertiary education desirable.

Pay: $62,400.00 - $72,800.00 per year
