We are a leading packaging company with ongoing growth and we are looking for Manufacturing Machine Operators to join our team. We have day, afternoon and night shift roles available (permanent non rotating shifts).

The roles will be paid in line with our current enterprise agreement and applicable shift loadings.

**About the Role**:

- Be a team player with a strong focus on safety awareness
- Quality conscious on making product right the first time
- Focus on delivering through put performance (machine set up time/downtime and run rate)
- Lean manufacturing techniques to continuously improve work environment
- Previous experience as skilled machine operator (ideally from packaging industry but not essential)
- Excellent standards and behaviour essential
- Ability to following instructions including company policies and procedures
