**About the role**
HMG makes things to last. We rely on business practices and work methods honed over more than 50 years to deliver products and services of superior quality. We increase the productivity, performance and profits of leaders across mining, oil and gas, energy, defence, construction, shipping, lift and shift, transport and agriculture by reducing their downtime and maintenance costs.
With large inspection bays, painting booths and dozens of overhead and jib cranes, our facility is tailor made to meet the largest reclamation requirements.
We are seeking high performing team players who are keen to start or progress their career through the completion of an apprenticeship in an engineering trade.

**What you require to be eligible for the role**:
- Willingness to complete a Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade.
- Proactively seek opportunities to develop trade skills and knowledge.
- Actively participate in the business by contributing to improvement initiatives.
- Be an enthusiastic team player.
- Have a strong commitment to safety.
- Prior work experience in an engineering field or the completion of certificate level courses through school is highly regarded.
