**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Childcare Educator, you will play a vital role in the lives of our young learners, promoting their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing age-appropriate educational activities and programs that foster creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Creating a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
- Monitoring and observing children’s behavior, progress, and well-being, and maintaining detailed records.
- Collaborating with parents, guardians, and other staff members to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
- Assisting with daily routines, including meals, nap times, and hygiene practices.

- Organising and participating in outdoor play, games, and excursions to enhance physical development and exploration.

**Requirements**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A genuine passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a difference in their lives.
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Availability Monday - Friday
- Excellent knowledge of child development principles and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
- A current First Aid/CPR certification and a valid Working with Children Check.
