**KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**_Qualifications_**
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management, or equivalent.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Valid NSW RSA Photo Competency Card.
**_Experience/Skill Level Required_**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Management role within a Hospitality /Venue /Restaurant environment, or equivalent.
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and databases.
**_Aptitude & Interpersonal Skills_**
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- High level of organisational, coordination and prioritising skills.
- Committed towards undertaking duties efficiently with a strong attention to detail.
- Customer service focused.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret, communicate and work in accordance with Company policies, procedures and WHS protocols.
- Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels of the Company.
