We are currently recruiting an experienced **Full Time, Food and Beverage Supervisor **to join our education site in **Toowoomba**.

This is a varied role where you will organise, oversee and execute a variety of events from small morning teas and working lunches through to formal dining and large-scale events.

**Key Duties**
- Functions & event support
- Assist Catering Manager with administration and training
- Hands on execution and delivery of functions
- Staff management and mentoring
- Regular liaison with Site Manager, Head Chef and the client
- Providing quotes and recommendations for suitable food and service types
- Follow OHS, safe work procedures, policies and practices
- A keen eye for detail and quality presentation
- Mixed roster across 7 days - with an opportunity to step up to a salaried position in the future for the right fit

**About YOU**

You are a positive, supportive and ambitious leader that can coach, develop and train team members, you hold a Certificate II or III in Hospitality Operations or above (mandatory), you are RSA certified and Barista skills, with a keen eye for detail - and you’re here to deliver the wow factor
- **A blue card or ability to obtain is a mandatory requirement of this role**
