We are a local based Home Care Provider across the Murrumbidgee looking for staff who want to make a difference to a persons life. We are looking for Community Support Workers who truly love their job, are committed, have a great attitude, willing to learn new things, and most importantly listen and understand what the individual wants.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred previous experience in the aged or disability care sector
- Must have own comprehensive insured vehicle
- Smart Phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to fulfil our standards and values when performing their tasks.
- Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.
- Can work autonomously and as part of a small team.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Assisting people to perform important daily activities
- Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks
- Performing home based tasks such as food preparation and housework
- Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping and taking client to appointments
- Reporting client changes in health and wellbeing
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and overnights

**Willingness to obtain**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (_upon employment if successful_)
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Drivers Licence
- First Aid & CPR Certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $33.00 per hour
