**What you’ll do**:

- Greet and assist customers with frame and lens selections
- Book appointments and process orders
- Support contact lens and audiology services
- Provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting

**What we’re looking for**:

- A passion for helping people
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work retail hours (weekends/late nights)
- Previous retail or healthcare experience is a bonus - but not essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Optical: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
