- Manager, Commercial & Quantity Surveying Services - Full Time
- We are currently looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Commercial & Quantity Surveying Services team. Based on the east coast you will be leading a team of approximately 25, made up of Building Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Case Managers.
- At least 5 years experience within Commercial Construction
- 3 years Insurance industry experience
- Sound knowledge of the insurance industry (claims lifecycle) including the legislative framework, applicable codes and products.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
