**The Company**

Our client is a fast growing international manufacturer, specializing in Energy Storage systems and solutions in residential and commercial Solar and they are now expanding their teams in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne.

**The Opportunity**

The chance to join an award-winning team and provide phone-based technical support and be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and guiding installer/customers through the setup and installation process of the products.

**Role Responsibilities**

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude, in order to provide timely and effective technical support via phone to customers.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to hardware and software, and provide solutions to customers.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to customers with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Guide customers through the setup and installation process of our products.
- Document customer interactions and solutions provided in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Engineering, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends to provide the best possible support to our customers.

**Selection Criteria**
- 1-2 years' experience in a phone-based technical support environment.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot & diagnose issues related to hardware and software.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm & professional under pressure.
- Knowledge of Energy Storage systems & Renewable Energy solutions is a plus.
