Labourpower Trade are seeking an experienced Fitters for ongoing work based in the plastic manufacturing industry.

This position is working Monday to Friday.

**Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Undertaking repairs and General Maintenance to Machinery & Plant equipment
- Trouble shooting, Fault finding & component changing
- Identifying and implementing ways to improve process
- Machine Operating

**To be successful for this position**:

- 2 years Fitter Operating experience or in a similar position - Highly Desirable
- MUST have either a Mechanical, Machinist or boilermaker background with recognised trade qualification
- Experience working in a manufacturing industry - Desirable
- Mechanically or technically minded

MUST be able to pass a full medical, Drug & Alcohol.

**Salary**: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing or plastics industry: 2 years (required)
- Mechanical Fitter: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Fitter & Turner trade certificate (required)
