Telecommunication Technicians

We are seeking skilled individuals to support expanding infrastructure mobile data network operations across the ACT and surrounding regions. For **telecommunication technicians** (from data centers or/and building industry) and **experienced and novice rope access professionals** (IRA-qualified preferred). You’ll work directly under the guidance of a seasoned telecom **rigging lead**, where your cabling skills or/and height capability and rope technique experience will complement a structured training path into tower reinforcement, feeder haul, and complex aerial installations. All additional competencies required to meet telco rigging standards will be provided to you.

**1 - IRA workers**

**Required (valid) certifications**:

- White Card
- Working at Heights
- One team member must hold Level 3 IRATA
- Basic Rigging Ticket (High-Risk Licence)
- Tower Rescue Certification
- Radhaz (RF Awareness)
- First Aid + CPR

**2 - Telecommunication Installers**

**Required (valid) certifications**:

- White Card
- Certificate III or IV in Telecommunications or related field
- ACMA Open Cabler Licence
- Radhaz (RF Awareness)
- First Aid + CPR

Pay: $110,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
