Position Title: Customer Service Team Member

Age: 17-18 years old

Employment Status
- Casual - hours as and when required, allocated to meet business requirements and in accordance with industriallegislation. This may or may not include Evening/ Weekend and or Public Holiday work as well as business hours.Primary FunctionTo provide all customers with happy, prompt and efficient service for all products and services available.

Pay: As per fast food award wages

Experienced in making cakes will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Serve all customers pleasantly at the counter and in a way which will encourage them to return and most importantly, make them‘happy’.
- Encourage customers to purchase from the widest possible range of products and services via ‘up’ and ‘on’ selling as well as ‘tasting’our product range as required
- Accurately and quickly handle cash
- Keep all machines, counters and general areas clean and tidy
- Keep machines and trays stocked and well presented **Always be on time for your shift**:

- Maintain your grooming and personal hygiene while working
- Assist workmates wherever possible
- Conduct yourself in the store and shopping centre in a manner which at all times reflects well on the Baskin-Robbins® Australia imagePersonal Characteristics
- Friendly, positive and courteous
- Outgoing personality - capable of outstanding customer service
- Displays honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Well groomed

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $17.54 - $20.46 per hour
