The Role

We currently some vacancies for Warehouse Operator positions in Logistic Team at Penrith, NSW.

Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products.

The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year - receiving and processing milk 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days a year We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.

This is a 40 hour permanent position, no rotating shift, your roster will be fixed from Monday to Friday according to the team you are in, the shift pattern details are below:
- Morning Shift: 5AM - 1PM- Afternoon Shift: 1PM - 9PM

During this role, you will be required to manage product storage & movement within the cool room with the use of manual handling equipment including forklift and trucks. Besides, ensuring all the cool room functions are carried out in effective, efficient and timely manner, delivering the product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with mínimal waste in the correct quantity when it’s required.

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing product storage and movement within the cool room- Managing all the records and reports related to safety incidents, quality, waste management and maintenance.- Delivering the best service to our stakeholders including customers and 3rd parties visitors- Loading/Unloading stocks and storing properly.- General housekeeping duties to meet required standard.- Willingness to identify hazards and suggest improvements

About you- Strong initiative & keen eye to improve safety- Licensed and competent forklift operator- Written and verbal communication skills- Strong work ethic & team player- Good problem-solving skill.- Computer literacy
