**The Opportunity: Grow Your Career.**

You'll be the pro behind the scenes, supporting our Buyers to make sure things run like clockwork. From creating Purchase Orders to keeping an eye on shipments, you'll be the go-to for smooth operations with our vendors and internal business partners. Key duties include:

- Accurately creating and modifying Purchase Orders in a timely manner
- Monitoring inbound shipments
- Follow up and action exception reporting
- Organising and maintaining merchandise samples
- Completing product analysis and creating excel reports for use by Buyers and Planners
- Working with internal departments to resolve issues (i.e. pre-ticketing, invoice issues, purchase order movement)
- Timely and professional communication with internal and external contacts
- Day to day function support and general office duties as requires

- Ability to work independently requiring mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior problem solving and solution management skills required
- Computer literate - Excel & MS Office
- Sound numerical and analytical skills with ability to assist in decision making
- Flexibility with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to the changing needs of the business
