We are looking for a Personal Wine Advisor for 15-20 hours per week to grow and build relationships with our large clientele who are looking to stock their cellars and be taught something new along the way. You will team up with our Wine Agents who also love to indulge in a fine drop and will report to our Outbound Team Leader.

We are looking for someone who is a sales closer & lead chaser. You will thrive in this role if you are results driven, energetic & customer focused. You will have a true passion for local & international wines and will love sharing your passion with others. If you are a student, or simply working in hospitality and want your weekend back, you will enjoy our flexible working arrangements and hours.

**Responsibilities**
- Connecting with “Grays” existing customers by phone, offering a personalised service based on their tastes and requirements, and talking about some of the most competitive wine deals in the market.
- Going the extra mile to ensure you reach achievable sales targets on a day-to-day basis.
- Handling customer service inquiries your customers may have.
- Attending weekly tastings and deciding if they reach our very high standards.
- Acquiring/converting warm leads to the service so that they may benefit from your knowledge and experience.

**Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service
- A true passion for wine
- Strong interpersonal skills
