You are a highly organised Project Scheduler, and you will be overseeing, developing, monitoring, and reporting on project/program schedules and performance.

This role will require effective collaboration and communication with Project/Program Managers and stakeholders, providing guidance to team members about required performance and data collection tasks including quality and delivery management ‘gate’ required for effective schedule management.

- Microsoft Project SME level capability (high proficiency)
- Demonstrable experience in project scheduling using Microsoft Project (MSP)
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Excel including development of Pivot Tables
- Information technology and services industry knowledge (project establishment and delivery)
- Demonstrated experience in translating business cases, contract and statement of works (SOW) to identifiable deliverables, and the associated tasks to achieve the required outcomes
- Excellent communication skills (one-on-one, group, internal and external senior management, peers and project participants/stakeholders).
- Reporting capability with experience in report design and data analysis
- Project Management certification (e.g., Diploma/Degree, PMI, AIPM)
- Full rights to work in Australia
