Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a personality driven person with some experience in fine dining restaurants or hotel. This is an opportunity for a career minded person who is looking to establish themselves in the management team of one of the Sunshine Coasts premier restaurants. Open 5 days for lunch and dinner the Terrace has a discerning clientele of locals and visitors alike who appreciate the care and excellent service provided by the team for the past 30 years. As the present owner is looking to retire we need a person who will thrive on the opportunity of further progression in the management team. You will become responsible for opening and closing procedures, working closely with the current manager, ordering and ensuring the restaurant runs as efficiently as possible.

In the event that you are a couple we would consider an opportunity in the kitchen for a qualified chef as well.

**Salary**: $49,193.24 - $79,227.45 per year
